An active lifestyle during pregnancy helps to maintain or even improve physical fitness, as well as reducing or preventing back pain, nausea, fatigue and excessive weight gain.

Exercise can also reduce or prevent gestational diabetes and deep vein thrombosis and can reduce time spent in labour by up to 30%.

Following a successful post-natal check-up, you will find that a carefully managed Post-Natal exercise programme will reduce fatigue, help you get better quality sleep, reduce body fat, and improve your posture.

We will agree a set of short term and long term goals which we will document and revisit regularly. I will also set a realistic expectation for when you can expect to achieve those goals.

I write every programme from scratch to suit the specific needs of my clients. Even if I have several clients wanting to run a 10k, the needs of the individuals to achieve that goal will all be unique. Therefore, I ensure that everything I produce is written specifically for you.

regular assessments

Every 4 to 6 weeks I will carry out a set of measurements and tests that will allow us to monitor the effectiveness of the programme that I am managing for you. From that data we can chart progression and make changes as required.

full support

A one hour training session passes very quickly but I don't just walk away, saying "see you next time". I will support, motivate, and encourage you all the way. I make myself available by phone, text, email, WhatsApp, or Messenger at any sensible hour.

1st Trimester

(weeks 1 to 12)

Starting after week 8? No worries, just cost each session at £35 per session before you join the Trimester 2 programme.I understand that your body will be undergoing major changes during this phase and that you may not be able to attend all sessions due to morning sickness etc... so I allow you to carry up to 2 sessions across from Trimester 1 to Trimester 2.


4 weeks from

2nd Trimester

(weeks 13 to 28)

Typically, this is a the phase where morning sickness will have passed and you'll feel at your best.

I allow you to carry up to 2 sessions across from the Trimester 2 programme to the Trimester 3 programme.

16 week programme from £499 or
4 weeks from

3rd Trimester

(weeks 29 - 40)

This programme is extra flexible as you'll know when it is time to stop training.

So while I ask for payments to be made for 4 week blocks, I will carry up to 2 sessions across to a Post Natal programme for you.

4 weeks from

post natal

If you have followed a Trimester 2 or 3 programme with me, any support you need from me prior to your 6 week check (12 weeks for C-Section birth) comes free. 

After your 6 week check, I'll work with you to achieve your post natal fitness goals.

£140 per month

If you recommend a friend who subsequently starts a

Personal Training programme with me, you will be offered a £20 Amazon gift card or 4 free classes!

This will be offered after your friend has paid for their first month of Personal Training sessions.

Just get your friend to mention your name during the consultation process.
