Boxercise Personal Training is designed for everyone from complete beginners to those wanting to challenge and progress their skills further.
As you progress, you'll lean more technically difficult skills including...
Advanced punching
Advanced footwork, (up to fight level skills!)
Defensive moves (including Duck, Slip & Swayback),
Counter-punches
Advanced combinations
Many of the skills that I cover on a PT basis are simply not viable in a regular class.
The sessions are kept short as you will be spending all of your time with the gloves on, and, believe me, a 30 minute session is plenty for the amount of effort you'll be putting in.
