If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or feel unwell, please contact me to cancel your session.

You must let me know if you or anyone in your household has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19.

I will inform you directly if I have been in contact with anyone who has developed symptoms or has a confirmed case

of Covid-19.

​Consultations with new clients will be carried out online via Messenger, FaceTime, or WhatsApp video call.

 

2 metre Social distancing measures will be in place during training sessions.

You should not wear a mask during training sessions, however, I will do so if you would like me to.

 

Personal Training sessions can be carried out indoors or outdoors, just as long as there is space to maintain 2 metres distance.

I am also unable to "Spot" you (ie. stand close to you in order to take the weight if you fatigue) so your programme will be adjusted to allow you to work more within your limits.

 

Where clients use their own equipment, I will not handle the equipment at all so you will be required to  change weight plates yourself.

Where my equipment is used, I will handle the weights while wearing gloves.

All training equipment will be cleaned prior to and after every session.

​I also recommend that you have hand sanitizer available to use between exercises.

High risk clients who are not self-isolating can only do training sessions outside.

I am unable to do any 1-1 Boxercise sparring however two people from the same "bubble" can do Boxercise under my guidance provided you are using your own equipment.
