online pop-up classes usually at lunchtime
Bodyblitz HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is an ad-hoc class that doesn't have a specific day or time slot.
Classes are usually at lunchtime, and last a maximum of 30 minutes which is ideal if you work from home.
After a warm-up, we launch into a quick fire, condensed, version of my Bodyblitz Circuit class. The exercises are carried out in 40 second bursts with a 20 second rest before we go straight into the next one. If that sounds a bit much, I give time checks at 30 seconds so you can have slightly longer rest periods.
And we don't stop until we've hit every muscle group, and then work through an all-important stretch out at the end.
The best way to find out when the classes are on is to request a place in my Facebook VIP Group where all announcements are made first.

Circuit Training is where my career in Fitness and exercise began!
I was attending a class twice a week and had got to know the instructors well.
It was a suggestion from one of them that led me to becoming a personal trainer.
A lot of my approach to running a Circuit class comes from those classes and to this day, Circuit Training is one of my absolute favourite types of class.
